Marks Sattin are proud to be working with a well-established mid-market Financial Services M&A Advisory Firm situated in London who are looking to add an experienced Associate to their team.

Due to a healthy pipe-line of deals they are looking for a high-calibre candidate who has previous M&A sell side deal execution experience within a Tier 1 Bank / Top Boutique / Top Corporate Finance Firm.

  • The role will include the full range of Associate level M&A responsibilities
  • Managing M&A projects through the transaction lifecycle and assisting in the execution of deals
  • Prioer Financial Services M&A experience is preferred
  • Overseeing Analysts with limited supervision
  • Experience in reviewing analysts work models, valuations, and training, mentoring and pitch presentations
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously within a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Desire to join & contribute to a successful M&A team
  • Strong desire to develop high-level valuation/modelling capabilities

The opportunity is ideal for a candidate with a strong academic background, excellent interpersonal skills and confidence when interacting with colleagues and clients. The successful candidate will be given a high level of responsibility and a clear progression opportunities.
