- Support in the preparation and review of monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations and presentation of these to the Finance Director
- Suggest updates and improvements to accounting systems, including financial controls
- Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported
- Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations
- Support the development of budgets and financial plans for the company
- Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities
- Examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by the Financial Director
- Support the creation of monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts
- Support the development and management of cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports
