A leading insurance business is looking for a management accountant to join initially on a 12 month contract, with a view to go permanent.

As the management accountant you will be reporting into the CFO responsible for the production of monthly management accounts and assiting with finance operations.

Main responsibilities will include

• Preparing monthly management accounts
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Monthly VAT reporting
• Provide analysis and information for group external audits
• Review work of the accounts payable assistant

Requirements:

• You will be part qualified CIMA/ACCA or equivalent or finalist
• Previous experience of Sun is desirable
• Working in professional services is preferable
