A well-established distribution business within the high-end hospitality sector is currently recruiting for a Management Accountant to join their fast pace team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing the management accounts including month end journals and balance sheet reconciliations, P&L analysis, sales and cost reporting, assisting with the preparation of the board packs, budget and forecast processes, cash flow management, VAT returns, as well as managing and overseeing the work of three junior staff members.

Ideally this candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years management accounts. They should have excellent communication skills for interaction with personnel at all levels and the ability to work towards deadlines and self-prioritize. Advanced knowledge of Excel is essential and familiarity with SAP Business One is desirable. The role would suit someone who is an ACCA/CIMA finalist or part-qualified.
