Management Accountant Assistance - Alternative Investments Technology - Temp-to-Perm

Hybrid Working: 2 Days in the office (3 days WFH)

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 base (dependant on experience)

About the Company:

This is an opportunity to be part of a fast-growing team in a dynamic alternative investment industry, where you'll play a key role in optimising financial processes and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to monthly management reporting and quarterly board presentations.
• Assist in month-end financial close processes.
• Administer payroll (via Pento) and process employee expenses (via Pleo).
• Manage client invoicing and oversee debtor collections.
• Process supplier payments and support procurement activities.
• Prepare financial reports for regulatory compliance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Conduct cost analysis and propose efficiency improvements.
• Identify and implement process enhancements.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience supporting Management Accounting with experience in Accounts Payable, Payroll.
• Financial Services Experience would be beneficial.
• Must be immediately available or under a short notice period.
• AAT qualification (full or partial) is a plus but not required.
• Strong grasp of double-entry bookkeeping and financial statements.
• Understanding of UK payroll and pension administration (experience with Pento is beneficial).
• Experience using cloud-based accounting software (preferably Xero).
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
