Excellent contract opportunity for an experienced Team Leader looking to progress in to a management level position in a mid sized leading global provider of alternative asset and corporate administration services

The successful applicant will report to a Director in Dublin and will have responsibility for financial reporting, administration obligations and relationship management of a client portfolio including the development and mentoring of the team members and providing the highest quality of customer service.

Duties will include:

• Managing a specialised services team (mix of qualified and part qualified accountants) on all aspects of administration & accounting and reporting to ensure the team and client servicing aspects are run efficiently;
• Working with the Directors as well as the divisional head of financial reporting to ensure the planning, coordination and completion of Management and Statutory Reporting of corporate entities to ensure the team complies with all of its accounting and regulatory obligations and client requirements.
• Preparation and implementation of entity customer specific procedures in relation to the administration and reporting requirements;
• Audit management - ensuring reporting complies with entity and statutory requirements including local law, relevant GAAP, including IFRS and other reporting principals;
• Ensure that client responsibilities are managed effectively and to agreed client, best practice, regulatory and statutory deadlines

The successful applicant will have:

• Professional qualification - ACA, ACCA, or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years post qualification experience in the finance industry with some bookkeeping/financial statements preparation experience. Experience in structured finance beneficial.
• Understanding of Dublin regulatory and financial reporting regime, IFRS and UK GAAP
• Ability to motivate and influence a team along with management experience
