This PE backed multisite healthcare business requires a Chief Financial Officer to lead its buy and build model. A focus on business development will bring organic growth while further strategic bolt-on acquisitions will allow the company to grow further.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate success in organic growth and M&A and integrations. The long term objective is to achieve a trade sale within the next two years. In order to be fully prepared for the sale, the company's reporting must be flawless - revising all systems, processes, and controls is a priority, and doing so will allow for far more accurate strategic decision making. The successful candidate must be a fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA).

Your contributions and insight as financial number one will be highly valued and relied upon, and you will be expected to represent this perspective at the board level. Therefore, experience as a finance representative on the board in a highly leveraged environment is specifically sought, and time spent in a multi-site business would be a significant advantage.
