A Fantastic opportunity has arisen for a NAV Support Engineer to join a fast growing hospitality business based in South London. The successful NAV Support Engineer will be working within the IT department reporting directly into the IT Manager whilst support other departments who use Microsoft Navision for Finance, Sales/Customer Service.

Key Skills and Responsibilities

• Resolving any NAV related support requests in a timely manner
• Working with the IT team to monitor and maintain NAV and SQL Server
• Provide documentation of NAV processes and user training to new starters/employees
• Working closely with Process Management Team to identify where NAV can be improved and enhanced to better support business goals and challenges
• Maintain SQL Server administration
• When needed support the IT team with other requests and project work when required
• 2-4 years' experience in a similar role support Microsoft Navision a must
• General IT Support needed
