Description

• Manage a small team of junior accountants, including performance reviews and ensuring high quality reporting is consistent throughout the team;
• Overseeing the performance of timely and accurate end-of-month processes;
• Supporting with the preparation of timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial reporting packages;
• Supporting with preparation of monthly financial and management reporting package including variance analysis
• Preparation of data for annual financial statements, income tax returns, FBT returns, payroll tax returns to ensure the timely and accurate submission of all statutory reporting requirements;
• Business partner with all relevant business units;
• Analyse financial results with detailed commentaries;
• Ad-hoc project work set by management

Profile

• Newly Qualified ACA Accountant(Ideally Big 4)
• Previous experience in a Financial Accounting role managing a small team;
• Multi-national business experience
• A strong level of computer literacy;
• Strong excel skills;
• Good analytical skills;
• Ability to work independently and utilise a level of initiative
