Start your job searchA specialist Corporate Finance boutique based in the City are seeking a high calibre Newly Qualified Corporate Finance Manager to join their team. This firm has just had its best year of business to date, so are looking for an extra head to meet client demands and to continue momentum into 2018.
This role would suit someone who is client facing and enjoys front office roles, as you will be frequently dealing with CEO/CFO's. You will be given a lot of autonomy and trusted to manage your own workload.
The firm specialise in; Pitch preparation, Modelling Private Equity structures, Review and comparison of Private Equity House terms, Exit modeling, Negotiating commercial terms with Private Equity Houses, Completion cash flows and Debt raising.
Key Responsibility:
- Deal support to the team leader
- Financial/Exit modelling
- Assisting in pitching for business development
- Contact/liaison point for Clients, Lawyers, Banks and Private Equity houses
- Project Management
Person Specification:
- Educated to a degree level
- ACA/ACCA/CFA qualified
- You have an Accountancy/Corporate Finance background from a reputable firm
- Have Financial Modelling Skills
- Good Communication skills - written and oral
- Have strong negotiation skills
The Newly Qualified Corporate Finance Manager can pay from £45,000 to £50,000 + bonus, last year this was 50%.
