Are you a technically experienced Payroll Coordinator looking to take a step up in their career?

I am currently working with a client that our on the lookout for a Payroll and Benefits Coordinator who will be solely responsible for their end to end payroll duties.

Where you fit in…

You'll be joining a developing business within a role that offers flexibility in your approach and method of working. You'll be responsible for processing the company's payroll and benefits proposition, including ensuring an efficient, compliant and fit for purpose payroll solution. You will also oversee the smooth running of starter / leaver / PDR / Pay award / bonuses.

What you need?

You'll need to be the kind of person that can work as part of a team and work automatously in a payroll and HR environment. Organisation with exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and keep to a tight deadlines is a must. You'll be able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, while providing innovative and creative solutions that meet the needs of the business and our colleagues.

Knowledge of Pay Legislation, Benefit Legislation, Process Mapping and improvements, System Management and Auditing is desirable but not essential.
