PMO Administrator / PMO Analyst - Urgent Priority - PMO Administrator / PMO Analyst required to set up & run a PMO (Project Management Office), providing Project Office support, ideally with experience of PMO in a divestment, separation or carve-out from one business to another. Expertise & Responsibilities for PMO Administrator / PMO Analyst / Project Office Support

• Experience of setting up & running a PMO, & proactively undertake PMO administration tasks & responsibilities with enthusiasm, providing Project Office support
• Ideally you will have experience of PMO in a divestment, separation or carve-out from one business to another, within a PMO/SMO supporting Separation Manager & Project Management Teams
• Co-ordinate project administration for multiple project separation workstreams
• Ensure all project management tasks are scheduled & monitored covering risk, issues, resources & costs
• Provide & assist Project Managers with management of their workstream RAID logs & high level milestone plans
• Support teams to ensure effective control of separation governance, incl chasing for outstanding governance reports
• Audit actions proactively & manage timely updates from workstream project managers
• Excellent PowerPoint, Excel & SharePoint skills
• Ability to quickly consolidate multiple slide decks into a single deck
• Schedule meetings for multiple attendees using 365 & Teams
• Take minutes & actions during separation meetings
