Marks Sattin are currently recruiting for a Biller for a PR company based in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop a career with one of the key players within this industry.

Duties include:

· Production of invoices liaising with business units to ensure accurate and prompt action within monthly deadlines
· Check that all relevant information is correct (billing rates, client contact details, correct currency, expenses etc)
· Prepare and provide relevant supporting documentation (spreadsheet or other) as required
· Timely issue of final invoices either internally or externally
· Manage a number of key accounts for the business
· Support appropriate finance function with month-end reconciliation of income, including preparation and posting of month-end accruals
· Foreign currency tranactions
· Monitor recoverable expenses, ensuring all expenses billed in a timely manner
· Assist with the billing-related input into the development/preparation of new financial management information reports

Skills required:

· Billings experience within a media/advertising/marketing organisation
· Experience of managing key accounts
· Foreign currency experience
· Excellent communication skills
