A global leasing and asset management business based in Central London is seeking a new Pricing Analyst to join their corporate finance division.

The role will report to the Pricing Manager and assist with the delivery of key reporting requirements and project investment appraisal. Responsibilities include:

• Pricing modelling for new acquisitions and re-leasing of existing portfolio
• Preparing investment papers to support the underwriting of new investments
• Running scenario analysis
• Conducting variance analysis and reporting results for investment and the senior leadership team
• Pricing new investment targets as part of the business's budget and strategic plan
• Research and analysis of the business's credit review
• Additional ad hoc work and analysis to support the wider team and business.

The ideal candidate will have strong financial modelling skills and good commercial acumen, with the ability to identify risks and provide solutions. Candidates must work efficiently towards deadlines with ability to respond quickly to pricing requests and show enthusiasm and initiative. Ideally you will be degree qualified, and have obtained further qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or similar.
