Marks Sattin are currently working with a large FMCG organisation who are looking to recruit an Operational Process Improvement Manager. You will work on a process re-engineering work stream which requires an experienced Operations & Logistics expert to lead a team of four subject matter experts to drive process improvement and enhanced functionality into their current operational ERP system.

Within the team there is a Manager for; Finance, Procurement & Planning, you will work collaboratively with a cross functional team of SME's to review all activities, to identify, recommend and implement process transformation within the end-to-end supply chain.

Must have;

• Experience of managing a high performing project team, that delivers robust & appropriate transformational change at pace.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, work well under pressure, think analytically and communicate effectively.
• Sound logical analytical and problem solving skills.
• Extensive hands-on operational experience of working in an FMCG industry.
• Demonstrable ability to identify, manage and control risk.
• Experience of working with and influencing a broad, disparate team of external & internal resources.
• Experience of documenting and agreeing designs, processes etc.
• Experience of systems process implementation in a FMCG environment.
