Project Manager - Corporate Finance M&A

With a pioneering Service line here in Ireland honed throughout the US and UK over the past 10 years, our client a global consulting firm and keen to secure the services of a Post Deal Implementations Project Manager due to continued growth within the business line.

The role focuses on the Project Managing and integrating of firms post deal, merger or acquisition.

• Advise senior clients across all sectors, supporting key decision makers in developing and executing strategies for transactions.
• Provide dedicated support to different types of engagements, including pre-deal (e.g. operational and IT due diligence, carve-out planning), and post-deal (e.g. integration planning, synergy tracking).
• Lead blended project teams comprising colleagues from our transactions and advisory practices as well as leading meetings with client stakeholders to advise, shape and drive the planning for integration, carve-out / separation and operational restructuring
• Contribute to the management of complex engagements, including commercials, resourcing and risk.
• Support the development and growth of our business, and actively engage with delivery of pitches and presentations to senior clients.
• Act as a role model and support development of team members, coupled with the recruitment and training responsibilities.
• Adapt a flexible approach to support on broader Operational and IT transaction work

This is a unique opportunity for a Project Manager who has worked on Mergers and Acquisitions from a integration point of view covering Finance, Technology, HR and Operations to name a few.

You will have gained at least 7 years plus experience within a Project Management setting and will have gained exposure to the integration of broad line operations due in most part to M&A activity.

A recognised Level 9 Master qualification and Prince II or PMP would also be viewed positively.
