Project Manager - ETRM - £60k to £90k

A global energy company are currently looking for a Project Manager to join their London based team to help alleviate the functions' heavy workload as they go through a period of transformation.

Key Responsibilities

The ICT Project Manager will play a pivotal role in the delivery of the ICT implementation activities:

• Plan and coordinate the developments and/or running of ICT project throughout all stages of the lifecycle.
• Manage project budget.
• Continuous monitoring and reporting progress against the project's initial objectives.
• Make sure activities managed are delivered to scope, timeline, budget and required quality. Manage change were appropriate.
• Provide continuous input to the company's program plan of ICT implementations, coordinate with other project managers to ensure a balanced planning and prioritization of the workload of the shared resources. Regularly revise work plans and project orientation with the ICT Manager.
• Coordinate Application Maintenance and user support activities.
• Perform project evaluation. Define and implement lessons learned.

Key Skills and Experience

• University degree with stress on Informatics, or equally by experience.
• At least 2 years' experience as a project manager within the energy sector or trading markets.
• Effective communication: ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Goal-oriented, focus on delivering results.
• Project management experience using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• PMP, Prince2 or equivalent certification
• Understanding of the energy sector and trading markets.
• Experience in delivering Commodity/Energy Trading and Risk Management solutions.
