A well renowned bank is currently recruiting a Project Manager to work on a compliance piece within their payments business area. The key aim of this London based role is to ensure that Sanction Screening Systems work effectively and aligns to Compliance policy.
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Creating and execute multi workstream plan of work
- Ensure process governance is adhered to
- Carry out detailed review of documentation, data and process flows
- Assist with the development of the Certification process.
- Provide regular progress updates to Change Programme Manager
- Represent Project Team in relevant meetings and provide appropriate updates.
- Conduct Business Analysis tasks, such as; analysis of processes, documentation and data as well as producing process flow diagrams to demonstrate process flows and control points to senior stakeholders.
The candidate suitability is determined by the following skills set and experience that are detailed bellow:
- Experienced Project Management within banking.
- Experienced working within payments and compliance.
- Documenting detailed processes in a clear and concise manor
- Reviewing processes and articulating improvements
- Reengineering processes
- Strong analytical skills and an attention to detail
- Investigative mind-set and the ability to vocalize or document concerns
- Have strong communications skills, both written and verbal
