A well-established manufacturing organisation based in Oxfordshire are seeking a Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the friendly Finance Team.

Within this position, the Purchase Ledger Clerk responsibilities will include:

  • Processing invoices, Supplier invoices, employee expenses and credit card expenses accurately and timely, matching to orders where appropriate and filing. Following up with approval queries.
  • Credit card statement reconciliation
  • Supplier statement reconciliations. Responding to supplier queries
  • Maintenance of purchase ledger
  • Ad hoc tasks and administrative duties

To be considered for this position you will need to have previous Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable experience with a high volume of invoice processing, be highly organised and have intermediate IT skills.
