We are working with a global, real estate focused, investment manager who are searching for a passionate real estate fund accountant to work within the product division of the business. This is a great chance to join a highly regarded Real Estate firm and a key step in building a career in this interesting and lucrative sector.

The company in question are a renowned, market leading business with high profile investments across the UK. You would be joining a well established, highly skilled team with huge potential for progression due to the size of the business.

Your primary focus will be maintaining fund support and backing up senior colleagues with the goal of putting into practice measures needed to accomplish the aims of the UK fund team.

The role will offer some exposure to the technical side through the statutory reporting, analytics through management information and board papers and the investments through the valuations and other support work. The role will also include developing and expanding relationships with internal and external clients, so strong interpersonal skills are essential.

This business is looking for a qualified ACA, possessing 0 - 2 years real estate PQE gained in a top 6 auditor or in industry as a fund accountant for a real estate fund. This would be a fantastic step for someone looking to make their first move out of practice or for a junior fund accountant to step up another level. Remuneration is also highly competitive, as you would expect from a firm committed to finding the best people.
