Birmingham is our youngest office opening up in 2015 tasked with supporting the considerable growth and increasing demand for talented finance and accountancy professionals across the Midlands. Our specialist, local team recruits across all sectors and levels covering permanent and temporary finance roles from trainee accountant to CFO/FD level. If you are seeking the next step up in your career and want to join a fast growing and award winning team, then we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing an expert knowledge of the specific industry sector
  • New business development through a variety of BD techniques
  • Identifying and following business leads and opportunities
  • Managing existing candidate and client relationships
  • Proactive candidate sourcing through headhunting and networking
  • Interviewing market leading professionals
  • Writing and placing recruitment adverts for vacancies.
