Marks Sattin has a great brand and a fantastic footprint across the banking, investment management and insurance sectors with many strong PSL clients along with SME clients. We are currently seeking a Manager for our well established Change Management team.
This would be an outstanding opportunity for an experienced senior consultant already working in the Change Management/Compliance/Finance & Accounting space who wants to step up to a management role. There will be very good promotional & development prospects in the future. We are open to seeing either managers or excellent billers who are hands on biller but have a desire to grow the team/business.
The Change Management desk would recruit (Project & Programme Managers, Business Analysts, PMOs) into the following areas:
- Compliance related Projects
- Regulatory Reporting Projects
- Finance & Accounting Projects
- Business / Operational Change
Essential Criteria:
- This person will be an experienced recruitment consultant who can demonstrate strong billings
- Management experience is not necessary, although preferred
- Must demonstrate ability to acquire new clients, contacts, enjoy doing business development
- Must be articulate and switched on
- Be able to demonstrate that they are hungry, determined with a strong desire to grow billings
- Must be passionate for the industry and desire to increase market knowledge
- CV should demonstrate continuity
- Team fit - level headed individual, who works well in team environment
