Marks Sattin is a leading specialist financial recruitment business based in the UK & Ireland.

Our Leeds office is our second biggest office to London and due to growth we are seeking an Executive Resourcer to support the Principal Associate Director in all aspects of the Senior Finance Market. You will be tasked with a more advanced and sophisticated style of recruitment as you will be dealing with executive level candidates thus presentation and attention to detail is key.

You will have the opportunity to work with some outstanding clients ranging from FTSE listed businesses & Blue Chip Organisations through to Private Equity Backed and SME's. The desk recruits confidential and high profile roles across the Yorkshire Region within Commerce and Industry hence this is the perfect step up for an already established Resourcer.

The role:

  • Support the Principal Associate Director in all aspects of the recruitment process
  • Daily calls to identify a shortlist of candidates and assess their suitability for roles
  • Responsible for arranging interviews and meeting prospective candidates whilst maintaining the highest level of organisation
  • Writing job advertisements and executing effective headhunts through LinkedIn and other sources
  • Market Mapping and providing specific sector knowledge in regards to candidates, clients and your assigned specialist market
  • Preparation of accurate and persuasive proposals for potential candidates
  • Managing executive level candidate and client relationships
  • Proactive candidate sourcing through headhunting and networking

The ideal candidate:

  • Educated to degree level ideally from a Redbrick University
  • Previous experience as a Resourcer, Researcher or Recruitment Administrator is highly desirable
  • Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • The highest levels of quality and service when interacting with clients and candidates
