An international consumer giant is looking for a qualified accountant to get involved in projects effecting the business on an international level. This company is arguably one of the best companies to work for and stocks products in supermarkets globally! This integral role has a number of key responsibilities:

• Ensuring accurate accounting, analysis and reporting of regional and intercompany processes
• Ownership of regional and intercompany reporting and business-partnering
• Heavy involvement in currency, hedging preparation and reporting processes
• Process improvement and implementation
• Cross-company business partnering
• Ensure strong internal controls are in place to achieve the necessary standard during internal and external auditing
• Contribute to a teamwork orientated environment.

The right candidate needs to be qualified with a recognised accounting qualification (CIMA/ACCA or equivalent) and a minimum of 3 years finance and accounting experience. Strong Excel skills are vital whilst a working knowledge of SAP BI and Hedging or Currency experience are desirable. Other languages within the EMEA region are also desirable.
