Reporting Analyst - Business Intelligence

Pan-uk property management company is currently looking for an experienced Reporting Analyst to be based out of its prestigious offices in central London.

The role will involve building reports in Oracle using SSRS as well as developing reporting competencies and supporting operational teams with reporting enhancements and automations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain portfolio reporting in Excel, Tableau and SSRS
  • Reconcile changes to the portfolio on a monthly basis
  • Assure data integrity and effective validation of all reports produced, prior to circulating to the required recipients
  • Propose initiatives for reporting automation, enhancements and improved data visualization
  • Provide analytics insights and develop analytics projects
  • Prepare reports, analysis and presentations for internal and external purpose
  • Effectively deal with ad-hoc tasks and reports
  • Ability to design bespoke analysis, reports and dashboards

Requirements

  • Proven background in a Business Analyst role with a strong emphasis on data reporting
  • Working knowledge of VBA
  • Experienced in using Business Intelligence software, such as Tableau, Qlik View, Micorsoft Power BI
  • Basic SQL knowledge (experience with Oracle DB will be an asset)
  • Experienced in working with databases
  • Organized, able to work independently and effectively manage workload
  • Attention to details with a strong focus on accuracy
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Real estate knowledge would be a strong bonus
