Marks Sattin is working with Leeds City Centre based client who are recruiting for a Sales Ledger Clerk.

Working in this friendly and experienced team, you will be partnering closely with the wider business to ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly invoicing. During the currently climate, this business has continued to operate and continue to provide the highest quality services, ensuring customers are put at the forefront and standards are maintained.

You will have:

• Proven accounting skills: raising accurate invoices and credit notes
• Liaising with 3^rd parties regarding client fee amendments
• Completing payment schedules/returns for payment
• Complex Account reconciliations
• Checks: Nominal Codes, Account Codes, Billing Calendars, Home Changes
• Dealing with client queries via telephone and email
• Accurate recording of monthly amendments
