The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with a strong accounting and control skillset, combined with a processes improvement mindset and aptitude for data management and analysis. Experience of corporate accounting, valuations or ideally carry or equity schemes would be highly advantageous.

The role involves financial, operational, and tax aspects of carry schemes and equity plans, requiring collaboration with legal and finance teams. Working on valuations and forecasting carry projections. Conducting analysis to support strategic decision making.
