Marks Sattin are delighted to be partnered with a leading Advisory boutique, where their Transaction Services team are looking to recruit an AM / Manager into their growing team based in Birmingham.

Focussed primarily on financial due diligence services, the successful candidate will have a reasonable understanding of, and experience in, the field of financial due diligence for corporate, private equity or financial buyers and vendors, and or reporting accountant work.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:-

  • Analysing, reviewing and commenting on historical and forecast trading results and trends;
  • Support the project management of smaller client engagements, which includes monitoring progress against budget and established timeframe, and risk management.
  • Production of written reports within agreed timescales;
  • Analysis of historical and forecast income statements, cash flow statements and balance sheets
  • Assist Partners, Directors and Associate Directors with business development activities
  • Identify and recognise new project and business opportunities, and inform the project director or partner as appropriate.

Key Experience required to fulfil the Role:-

  • ACA/ACCA Qualified
  • Delivering results and meeting client expectations
  • Excellent written English including report writing
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Experience of financial due diligence is advantageous
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
