Based in central London, my client requires a technically strong individual to join this fast growth and inquisitive business.

Duties to include:

• Development of a team of 3 Financial Accountants.
• Management of the month end accounting process.
• Management of the annual internal and external audit process.
• Working closely with the FP&A team to support budgeting and forecasting, and to ensure senior management are provided with robust commercial support.
• Ensure that all filings are made accurately and on time.
• Development of processes, procedures, systems, and best practice.
• Ensure a strong controls environment exists.
• Work closely with Tax advisers to support the filing of accurate Tax returns.
• Working with the Treasury team in relation to FX and derivatives.
• Ad hoc projects and initiatives as directed.

Candidate requirements:

• Qualified accountant.
• Ideally familiar with US GAAP (not essential).
• Excellent communication and business partnering skills.
• Proven ability to work within a complex international business.
• The proven ability to improves processes and systems.
