Senior Management Consultant - Dublin - Higher Education Focused



Partnered with a boutique consulting firm who is looking add a key hire at senior consultant level due to growth.



This firm supports & acts as strategic partner to the broader higher education industry in Ireland as they look to pivot, grow and improve their institutions. In this role you will get the chance to work alongside a small team of experts as they shape the higher education landscape for current & future generations + support in equipping key leaders in these organisations with the tools they need to succeed.



A day in the life..

  • Acting as strategic partner to various Higher Education Institutions - liaising with senior C-Suite stakeholders to support the development of organisational strategy.
  • Conducting research with both quantitative or qualitative methods depending on client brief.
  • Collaborating with your peers in drafting tenders and building proposals for the business.
  • Project & People Leadership from tender drafting through to final project delivery.
  • Mentoring & managing junior staff members; report writing, data analysis etc.



What you will need to qualify for this role:

  • Educated to a minimum Masters level in Economics, Business or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working on public and/or private tenders - experienced building proposals for commercial engagements.
  • Experience liaising with senior leaders on best practices for project management and budgeting of engagements.
  • People person with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members
  • Core understanding of Public funding and Public Spending Code Compliance.
