Fantastic opportunity to join this Boutique Corporate Finance firm focusing on a Full 360 Corporate Finance offering with a large proportion within the M&A space.
This role will suit a current Corporate Finance Manager who is keen to take the step up to Senior Manager or AD level, working closely with a range of domestic and international clients delivering best in class Corporate Finance and M&A advisory services.
Day to Day.
- Manage the completion of corporate finance engagements / projects including M&A buy-side and sell-side advisory, valuations, strategic advisory, debt and equity fundraising, financial modelling, preparation of business plans and IBRs.
- Proactively and reactively provide consultative advice to clients and Partners on specific projects and deliver within the agreed specified time frames.
- Work alongside and support Partner and MD to originate new business opportunities and proactively develop and maintain new and existing client portfolios, relationships and key intermediaries.
- Lead and manage relevant project teams and workflow plans in order to deliver a high quality client service within the specified timescales.
- Ensure all relevant client files are administered, maintained and accurately filed in line with the firm's policies.
- Manage the day-to-day supervision, on-the-job training and mentoring of junior staff and fully participate in all Performance Management initiatives as required.
We are seeking a Qualified Accountant who has at least 3 years Post Qualified experience coming from a Corporate Finance, M&A and or Transaction Services Environment.
