A world leading publishing and data analytics business based in London is currently recruiting for a Senior Payroll Administrator to join their busy finance division.

You will be responsible for providing support to the Group Payroll Manager to ensure smooth operation of payroll for the EMEA and US regions. Duties will include process US payroll, validate information regarding new hires and terminations, payroll reconciliations and analysis, dealing with employee queries regarding payroll, payroll reporting, tax payments and P11D preparation, assisting with audit and ensuring compliance.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of UK payroll legislation including PAYE and statutory payments. Previous experience of US or international payroll would be preferable and pension knowledge and previous practical application of payroll is essential. Candidates must be organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines, proactive and take ownership of their work. Good knowledge of Excel is essential and previous experience using ADP Freedom ,iHCM and Workforce is desirable.
