Within this position you will provide leadership for the day-to day operations of the international payroll, for over 2000 employees across more than 30 countries. You will be responsible for attracting, developing and managing a payroll team as well as establishing strong partnerships with key stakeholders. You will ensure business processes and systems are continually reviewed to ensure compliance with company policy, labour laws, SOX and other related regulations. You will manage external service payroll providers along with maintaining the internal control environment. This role will also focus on analysing complex pay transactions and more.
To be considered for this position it is essential that you have extensive payroll experience (10 Years +), within a multi country operating model. A strong knowledge of end to end HR to payroll processes and accounting will be required. A proven ability to manage a team as well as external payroll providers is a must partnered with a complete understanding of accounting , SOX and internal controls for a payroll function.
