We are working with a successful and reputable name in the FMCG industry that invests heavily in efficiency, continuous improvement and development to achieve growth. Due to recent internal moves and restructures, there now exists a need for an accomplished Senior Plant Analyst to provide financial support to local finance and plant teams.

Working as part of a high-performing centralised finance function, the role has responsibility of providing accounting, analysis and reporting across the EMEA manufacturing plants. In the role, you will establish strong relationships with supply chain and plant teams and provide financial guidance and expertise, whilst aligning and improving financial processes across plants, particularly around inventory.

The successful profile will be a qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, ACMA), with strong financial reporting experience in a manufacturing environment, with familiarity across site and plant accounting and inventory knowledge. Commercial acumen and business partnering skills are required given the nature of the role and the requirement to forge strong internal relationships.
