Leading global FTSE organisation requires solid & proven Senior PMO Analyst / Senior PMO Consultant. As Senior PMO Analyst you will be responsible for providing Performance Analysis, Reporting & Assurance to large capital projects. As Senior PMO Analyst, you will provide quality and change control, tracking, information and financial management and risk analysis.


Expertise & Responsibilities:

-) Significant experience as a PMO Analyst, PMO Consultant, PMO Coordinator, PMO Administrator or similar.

-) PMO Analyst with exp. of programme/project coordination & administration

-) Implement governance standards in the project incl. Performance Analysis & Reporting, tracking, monitoring & updating status of programme deliverables.

-) Develop Project standards guide, seeking contributions from Project Managers to ensure standards meet best practice.

-) Exp. of managing multiple projects, with exp. of end to end project lifecycle.

-) Exp. in RAID management, governance, reporting, planning, quality & continual improvement.

-) Exp. of a structured project management framework such as Prince2, MSP, PMI, P30 or similar

-) Essential strong communication & engagement skills
