Job Title: Site Finance Manager
Location: Leeds
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 dependent upon experience
Hours: Permanent, Full Time

Overview

The role is No 1 On-Site (£20m turnover). You will be part of the onsite leadership team and the key focus is your ability to bring finance and operations together. This is a great opportunity to oversee and be part of a fast paced site where you can drive change and the key focuses will be around your ability to drive efficiencies on site whilst working with operations.

Requirements

• Must have experience of working within manufacturing/food/FMCG industries
• Qualified accountant with preferably at least 2 years post-qualification experience
• Strong commercial finance and analytical skills.
• A high level of IT proficiency, ideally with experience of Oracle ERP Systems.
• Experience of sales and margin management and profitability analysis, cost control, reduction and people management
• Experience of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
• Proven project management skills

Key Responsibilities

• Weekly, Monthly and Annual Management and Statutory financial reporting with ongoing commercial analysis
• Leading, maintaining and setting up controls within the site
• Engage with and provide effective finance support to cross functional teams to help drive site critical decisions and drive site profitability
• Develop and maintain effective financial and management reporting routines and processes
• Continuously assess key risk areas of the business to identify, monitor and develop the control systems in place and ensure these are maintained.
• Financial Planning & Budgeting
• People Management and Development, supporting the development of financial awareness across the site
• Provide transactional and accounting services for the UK operation
