Associate Director Strategy - Dublin - Hybrid

Fantastic opportunity to join this global firm focusing within Strategy Design and Implementation within a diverse range of external clients.

With a key focus on Target Operating Model design and re-design our client is at the forefront of strategy development in a domestic and global market that has seen the rate of change drastically increase in the years post Covid but also due to inflationary pressures on business and supply chain and logistics issues brought about by Geopolitical tensions.

This is a huge opportunity to work with some of the key global brands as they seek to ensure they defend but also increase market share in an ever-changing landscape across specific Pharma, Healthtech, Healthcare and Biotech companies.

The Role……

• Developing strategic business models - Assisting clients determine the optimum business or commercial operating model using customer centric design principles
• Defining end-to-end customer and user journeys to inform how a business should pivot their organisation and operations to better meet customer, market & global demands;
• Developing an approach to research and analyse qualitative (e.g. interviews or user needs assessments) and quantitative (e.g. NPS results) customer information to draw out insights to inform end-to-end service design options;
• Advising clients on the impact of Digital on their business, and how they can look to embrace new technologies and ways of thinking to improve their business operations and teams;
• Managing client teams to understand their organisations to design and deliver Operating Models that are fit for purpose and successfully realise their strategic intention;
• Undertaking strategic reviews of entire organisations or functions within organisations at a system, organisation, service or functional level;
• Leading client thinking in identifying areas of innovation that encourage new ways of working and enhance the existing operating model;

Required:

We are seeking a master's Level 9 candidate who has gained at least 7/8 years' plus experience within a Strategy environment ideally with 5-6 of those years working on Target Operating Model's either within a firm or within a Consulting environment. Excellent presentation and communication skills are important components as well as a questioning mindset!
