Start your job searchThe successful candidate will work with the finance and IT department and report into the finance director.
Daily duties include:
- Supporting the finance team in the use of the system SUN
- Developing system codes and streamlining processes
- Provide technical and operational support for the two financial systems: SUN 4.2.6 and Accounting Office
- Assist with both external and internal systems audits
- Facilitate project work relating to the accounting systems above and other areas as required
- Provide systems support for Accounting Office and interfaces into SUN from the Integra CRM system
- Manage month-end Connections triggers that generate accruals and deferrals for membership subscriptions and also income posting for prepaid courses and events.
- Create and amend Crystal reports and Vision Q&A reports for Finance department use.
- Provide training to new and existing users with all systems mentioned above.
It is imperative that the incumbent has extensive experience working in a finance systems support role, including detailed knowledge of accounting processes and awareness of the risks associated with these processes.
