An incredibly rare opportunity to join a boutique and market leading 5 Partner practice as their sole Tax Partner. The company are a fresh and vibrant firm with a welcoming, sociable and down to earth culture. Due to internal movement they are seeking a Tax Partner or highly experienced Director who is capable of leading their Tax division.

With a client base that mainly consists of HNW individuals, OMBs and smaller companies, this is a busy, diverse and highly profitable business that would suit someone from a similar small to medium sized practice background. Their Tax division is currently 8 people strong with a welcoming blend of compliance, advisory and consulting work. The Tax practice is held in high esteem and not seen as merely a form filling machine. The role on offer is quite simple - to inherit a portfolio of clients, continue to provide a first class service whilst looking to grow the client base where possible.

We're keen to hear from people already operating at Partner level or alternatively someone looking to step into their first Partner appointment. You'll need to be technically astute with up to date UK Tax knowledge and a broad skill set that has covered plenty of advisory work for private clients. It is expected that you'll be ACA, CTA qualified or equivalent with considerable experience in a professional services firm.

Salary on offer is c£100-150k (DOE) base plus bonus and longer term incentives.
