My client in Bradford is looking for an Accounts Assistant to support for 6 months initially. The client had a great deal of growth within its team in Bradford, the right person would be selected for this role on a temp to perm basis.

The client has a large finance team, with scope for development and movement for the right candidate. Most roles do move on a temp to perm basis, however consistent hard work, dedication and team work is required through out.

The main competencies include:

• Journal entries,
• Payment runs,
• Data cleanse,
• Balance sheet reconciliations,
• Processing payments,
• Accruals,
• Various adhoc analysis - excel usage here (pivots / look ups),
• Queries and anomalies - rectify and amend,
• Some credit control / billing administration,

The ideal candidate would be:

• Immediately available,
• Available to commute to offices in Bradford,
• Strong communicator (to support internally with Billings and Credit Control aspect of the business),
• Good attention to detail,
• Ability to work independently,
• Ability to work to deadlines,
