Job Title: Transfer Agency Administrator | Dublin | Permanent | €30,000 - 35,000 per year

My client, based in Dublin, are currently recruiting for a Transfer Agency Administrator to join their growing transfer agency team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have 1 years experience within transfer agency and there is massive potential for career progression within the business.

Responsibilities:

• Process subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and switches
• Solve enquiries by email and by telephone
• Interact with clients and shareholders
• Updating paperwork for trades
• Maintain shareholder register
• Process redemption, distribution and dividend payments
• Arrange Investor statements and contract notes
• Investment manager reporting
• Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering procedures
• Reporting of fund transactions
• Daily reconciliation of cash accounts

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 years experience within Transfer Agency or similar position is essential
• Computer literacy is essential, skilled in the use of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Knowledge of varying fund types such as retail funds, mutual and hedge funds and investor related requirements would be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
