Transformation Programme Manager / Implementation Programme Manager - Outstanding opportunity - Leading global multi-billion business requires heavyweight Transformation Programme Manager / Implementation Programme Manager, to drive a large-scale business transformation programme. Key to role is to implement Oracle Supply Chain & Procurement, re-design of processes, implement Oracle Cloud & implement organisational design roadmap

• Proven experience as Programme Manager of successfully delivering complex & large-scale global transformation programme, to include business change, systems integration, software build & implementation
• Essential to have experience in implementation of core IT business critical systems ideally with Oracle systems & Oracle cloud technology, or within a similar ERP ie SAP. Experience of Oracle Supply Chain &/or Oracle Cloud highly desirable
• Experience working within an Agile framework is essential
• This is an IT/ERP focused role that will involve complex business integration, leading both the IT & business design teams, resulting in successful implementation of core IT business systems
• Effective & collaborative communication skills & gravitas working at a senior business level
• Proven experience as Transformation Programme Manager, Transition Programme Manager, Implementation Programme Manager, Integration Programme Manager, ERP Programme Manager, Oracle Programme Manager, Oracle ERP Programme Manager, or similar
