Marks Sattin are proud to be working alongside an Top100 accounts practice based in Leeds City Centre who are currently seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team.

Our client is a leading accountancy practice based in Leeds who provide support to a wide range of clients in a number of specialist services including cloud accounting, audit, tax, payroll, corporate finance, forensic accounting, recovery and insolvency.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Preparation of company, LLP, charity, partnership and sole trader accounts
• Completion of draft statutory accounts from trial balance
• Corporation Tax and Business Tax computations
• Preparation of Management accounts
• Supervision and development of trainees
• Communication with clients

Person Specification:

• At least 2 year's experience within Practice
• Depending on experience you will be either AAT, ACA or ACCA Qualified
• Good IT skills, including experience of using different accounting packages or systems and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Confident communicator, able to liaise with clients and colleagues at all levels
• Accurate, methodical and organised
