Start your job searchA UK-leading investment manager, is looking for an accounts and payroll administrator to join their London team.
It is a fantastic company to work for and this is reflected in a low turnover of staff. This role has only came about due to the person moving teams internally and not leaving the business. The finance team is a small team of 8 but they have around 200 in the London office, but the working environment is very united.
Duties:
- Processing of purchase ledger invoices
- Weekly reconciliation of firm's petty cash and control accounts
- Bank account reconciliations
- Supporting the payroll manager with payroll administration and reporting
This role is perfect for someone who is looking for relaxed working environment which is not fast paced and wants longevity in their role.
The company would also be willing to reduce the role to 4 days a week if you are looking for a part time role.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years relevant experience, gained in a similar environment preferable
- Preferably educated to A levels
- AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) part or full qualification an advantage
- Strong excel skills
