The Role:

• Maintenance of the Purchase Ledger, dealing with both UK & International Suppliers
• Assist weekly and daily payment runs as well as cash flow forecasts
• Responsible for the payment and reconciliation of creditor accounts
• Overseas reconciliation of supplier accounts on a periodic basis, in line with month end deadlines
• Communicate with suppliers and key accounts, minimising queries and payment delays
