Partnered with a global tourism provider to recruit a German speaking Accounts Assistant to their UK finance team on a permanent basis. Great time to join this high performing team!

Reporting directly into the Head of Finance you will work closely with teams across various German cities.

Responsibilities:

  • Aged creditor analysis
  • Invoice processing
  • POs
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Payment runs
  • Answering queries
  • Monthly debtor invoicing
  • Manage the AR mailbox
  • Updating debtor accounts
  • Debtor reporting
  • Chasing balances due

The ideal candidate must be fluent in German, part qualified or studying towards ACCA/CIMA/AAT with proven track record in a similar role. Previous experience of using SAP ByD or similar is highly desirable. You will be bright, personable and switched on.
