The main duties include:

• Providing support as to all finance teams (purchase ledger, credit control and management accounts)
• Downloading bank statements and entering cashbook transactions for both purchase and sales ledger
• Working closely with management accounts to resolve cashbook queries on a weekly basis
• Downloading of trial balances and supporting aged debt analysis
• Reconciliation of supplier statements
• Direct debit allocations
• Support the maintenance of the fixed asset register
• Processing staff expense claims
• Reconciliation of credit card statements

Our client is looking for a candidate who has:

• Accounts experience
• Good Excel skills
• Experience of working in a fast paced environment
