Start your job searchMarks Sattin are pleased to be working exclusively with a family owned organisation who specialise in the development and investment of property in both the UK and overseas. Now looking to expand their finance function, the business are seeking an AAT qualified candidate who can provide a comprehensive Accounts Assistant service to the business at their office in Central London.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a large range of duties including, but not limited to:
- Regular and accurate posting of accounting entries using Sage 50
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- Review of supplier invoices as well as raising invoices
- Supporting senior finance team members
It has been requested that candidates applying for this role have experience with / exposure to double entry bookkeeping, have strong excel skills and have experience working within the property management / property development sector.
For candidates to succeed within this role, they must be able to demonstrate strong IT skills, the ability to work under pressure due to strict time constraints, be able to manage their own diary / workload and demonstrate excellent communication skills. It is also explained that due to the nature of the business, applicants may be required to assist with general office keeping and administrative duties further to the core financial duties.
