A Wealth Management firm based in the city has experienced rapid growth in the past ten years and is set to grow further. They are looking to expand their current finance group by adding a graduate Accounts Assistant to their team. To be successful within this position you will have strong analytical & research skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills as you will be liaising with individuals across all levels.

As part of the role you will be completing the following:

• Managing the fees/billing process for the firm. This entails taking full ownership of the end-to-end process & designing process improvements
• Managing other fee-related calculation processes
• Reconciliations of the income received to the business
• Supporting the COO in various management information projects
• Work with other is the organisation to optimise systems resulting in the optimisation of the client experience.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 12 Month experience within an accountancy or billing process (preferably within financial services)
• Degree educated
• Very good excel skill use
• Very strong, and proven analytical ability
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills
