A luxury, fashion retail brand based in central London is currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Manager to join their business finance division.

Taking ownership of the accounts payable function and managing a team of two, you will be responsible for managing the supplier accounts and queries, management of standing orders and direct debits, overseeing the coding and inputting of invoices, reviewing of aged creditor reports, reconciliation of supplier accounts and any other additional creditors. In addition, you will be a key player in accounting system developments such as the new PO and expenses systems as well as performing additional reporting and analysis duties.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of accounts payable function and processes to achieve best in practice routine. The business is currently undergoing lots of positive change and growth so they are looking for someone who is adaptable, organised and has strong process management. Ideally you will have previous managerial experience and strong Excel skills.
